Cyril, March 17--Funeral services held for Enoch Smith who died Tuesday were held in his home Wednesday. Services were conducted by Rev. G. W. Palmer from the Church of Christ, Cement, assisted by Rev. C. R. Malone, pastor of Cyril Christian Church and Rev. J. C. Carl.
Mr. Smith was born in 1888 in St. Joe, Texas. He had been in failing health for the past several months. He is survived by his wife, mother, Mrs. L.C. Smith, two daughters by a former marriage, one stepdaughter, two brothers, A.F. Smith of Cement, Corbett Smith of McAllen, Texas, and one sister, Mrs. Cora Newton, Cyril.
Burial was made in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery at Cement.
