POQUOSON - Marie Everett Roberson, 89, a resident of Bayside Poquoson Nursing Center, died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007. A native of Conetoe, N.C., she had been a Peninsula resident for over 60 years. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mary R. Collins and her husband, Bill, of Newport News, and Anna R. Jenkins and her husband, Robert, of Green Bay, Va.; five grandchildren, Cynthia Wilson and her husband, Kevin, of Dawsonville, Ga., Susan Mullins and her husband, Roy, of Gloucester, Bob Jenkins and his wife, Betsy, and Mark Jenkins and his wife, Jennie, all of Green Bay, Va., and Temple Jenkins of Cartersville, Va.; and five great-grandchildren, Ashley Wilson and Kennedy Wilson, both of Dawsonville, Ga., Gabe Jenkins, Wade Jenkins and Walker Jenkins, all of Green Bay, Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie T. Roberson; and a daughter, Carolina W. Roberson. Visitation will be at noon, with a memorial service to follow at 1 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at W. J. Smith & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Thomas L. Baynham officiating. Inurnment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 235 Harpersville Road, Newport News, VA 23601. Arrangements by W. J.
