She was born Nov. 1, 1934, to John R. and Irene Ekberg Rusmisel, in Scottsbluff. She is the proud mother of five children, Vicki Anderson of North Platte, Freeman Buckhanan Jr., Anita Critchlow, Tina Blackwell, and Julie Critchlow.
Mrs. Williams was a very giving person who was always helping those around her. She was very creative and loved to sew. She also had a great love for giraffes, and collected them for many years. She will be very missed.
Survivors include her children, 11 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Jack Rusmisel and Clarence Kisner.
She was preceded in death by her parents, stepmother, Iris Rusmisel; first husband, Freeman Buckanan Sr., and last husband, Wayne Williams.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Daniel Ward, 600 S. 750 W., with a visitation prior to services beginning at 12:45 p.m. Burial will be in the Midway Cemetery.
Olpin-Hoopes Funeral Home in Heber City, Utah is in charge.
