M.J. wrote to his mother (Dec 6, 1845) from Nashville, MO, in which he said, "Our little babe is in fine health, very large and growing rapidly. We call her Frances Ann for her two grandmothers. She is now 3 months old..."
Amanda wrote a letter also and discussed her children. She said, "Our second daughter, Frances Ann, is a very healthy and promising child."
I have not found her actual burial place, but I wanted her to be represented with her family. She died before the family left Missouri for California and they left in the Spring of 1850. I will continue to search records in our area to learn more specific information about Frances Ann.
