Paul Dean Billings, 67, of Ottumwa, died at 9:22 a.m. February 22, 2023 at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He was born December 1, 1955 in Mason City to Allen and Marian Bohnsack Billings.
A 1974 graduate of Ottumwa High School, Paul had been a resident of Ottumwa most of his life. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Paul enjoyed woodworking, watching drag racing and baseball.
Surviving are his siblings, Michael Billings, Wayne (Sandy) Billings and Barbara Waller all of Ottumwa and Joann Billings of Altoona.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
His body has been cremated. A time to celebrate his life will be held at a later date. Reece Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
