Norma Jean Gardner age 81 of Murfreesboro, TN passed away February 23, 2023 at Community Care of Murfreesboro.
She was born April 27, 1941 in Nashville, TN to Clyde and Anniebelle Biggs. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; husband, James Cecil Gardner; brother, Clyde Biggs Jr.; daughter, Wynette Gardner; and grandson, Joshua Rios.
She is survived by children, Donna Carter of Lebanon; James Michael (Shelia) Gardner of Springfield; Cecilia (Richard) Simmons of Murfreesboro; Tonya Gardner of Murfreesboro; and Norma Jean Gardner of Goodlettsville; siblings, Walter (Ann) Biggs; Douglas (Pam) Biggs; Katie (Carlos) Gearheart; Linda Biggs; and Mary (Roger) Adcock; and numerous nieces; nephews; cousins; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Anderson and Garrett Funeral Home on Sunday, February 26th from 4PM-8PM; and again on Monday, February 27th, from 12PM until the Hour of Service at 1PM.
Interment will follow at Red River Baptist Church Cemetery in Adams, TN.
