WILLIAM JEPPE OBITUARY
April 11, 1936 - November 18, 2018

Born April 11, 1936 in Dillon Montana as William Harry Jeppe, "Bill" has recently left us to join his late wife, Jane, in the hereafter.

Following a stint serving our country in the U.S. Navy, Bill returned to Hermiston, Oregon, where he met and married Sandra Jean Walpole in 1957. Together they had four children.

Bill spent the bulk of his career in the airline industry, retiring from Alaska Airlines. Married to his second wife, Jane, for nearly 40 years, they enjoyed Yachting and their membership in a yacht club. At one point Bill rose to be Commodore of the Tacoma Yacht Club.

Later, they settled in Polson, Montana, where they became very active in the community. Whether it was at the Chamber of Commerce, with the Water Rescue, or the local Port Polson Players, he was always involved in something.

After Jane's passing Bill moved to Eugene, Oregon to be closer to two of his daughters. Through sheer wit, will, and some would say, stubbornness, he was able to enjoy an independent and active lifestyle.

Bill is survived by his first wife, daughters Kelly, Toni and Jill, son, Jeff, two grandchildren Collin and Timothy, one great-granddaughter, Maddison, and two step children, Del Rae and Mike.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Bill's name to:
