US MARINE CORPS CPL WORLD WAR II
Loving husband to Wilma Whisnant and father to Patti and Judy Whisant. His greatest love of his life was his grandkids taking them on fishing trips. Tommy loved to fish and explore the great outdoors. After defending our country in World War 2 he settled in St Louis working for the Strategic Mapping Dept. Tommy was the greatest grandfather anyone could have ever hoped to have! This was a special and very caring man! Wilma his wife passed away in 2008 never remarrying and is buried by his side in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
