Richard Dean Combs, age 63, of Stony Point, passed away unexpectedly on February 6, 2023.
Rick was born on August 10, 1959 in Alexander County, the son of Carrie Marie Barlowe Combs and the late Jones Cleveland (JC) Combs.
He worked in construction and was a member of Stony Point Tabernacle.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrie Coleman Combs and a sister, Judy Bumgarner.
The funeral service will be conducted Saturday, February 11, 2022, at 2:00 pm, at New Beginnings Christian Fellowship.
Burial will follow in the Stony Point Cemetery.
