Carl Raymond Livermore, Sr. passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the age of 89 years old.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Edna Rose Tujague Livermore.
Father of Cynthia Livermore Oubre (Paul), Carl R. Livermore, Jr. (Cathy), and Kris Livermore.
Grandfather of Sylvest "Rocky" Oubre (Leann), James "Jimmy" Oubre (Jennifer), Shannon L. Landreaux (Shane) and Carl R. Livermore, III (Lauren). Great Grandfather of eight and Great Great Grandfather of two. Brother of James Livermore and the late Douglas Livermore and Peter Livermore.
Son of the late Camilla Ceska Livermore Montet and Peter James Livermore.
Carl was a native of New Orleans and lived in Metairie and St. Rose before relocating to the Northshore in Mandeville, LA.
He was very active in various Mardi Gras Organizations, including but not limited to the Krewe of Pegasus, Krewe of Thor, Krewe of Aquila (King 1982), Krewe of Orpheus (Mandeville), as well as several horse-riding organizations. He will be missed by his family and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held at Garden of Memories, 4900 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA, on Monday, January 16, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. and stay to visit with the family until 4:00 p.m.
