"Loreta Lucas Redman, 88, Independence, died Dec. 2, 1994, at the home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Oakwood Baptist Church; burial in the Barnard (Mo.) Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at the McGilley-Antioch Chapel. The family suggests contributions to the church. Mrs. Redman was born in Barnard and moved to this area 43 years ago. Survivors include two daughters, Marcia R. Wall of Atlanta and Barbara A. Arello of Kansas City; a brother, William Haselwood of Omaha, Neb.; five grandchildren, 16 step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and five step-great-grand-children."
