The mother of Dorothy/Dolly is listed in the Clinton Co cemetery database (2018) as Sallie Beadles Clevenger [as though it is known that she is buried in Clinton Co], but where the database would normally list the cemetery, it instead says "Unknown." Further, it says, "B. 1780? Frederick Virginia, D. 1854?, nee Beadles, husband Adam Clevenger (M. 9-12-1801 Virginia); son Adam Clevenger Jr." [The man referred to here as "Adam" Sr. is in Lieurance Cemetery with a memorial on F.A.G. calling him "Adon" (as it appears in photo of worn grave marker).
