Sallie Bell Sanders Wyse was born on 16 Jan 1889 in Tennessee to Hamilton Jackson Sanders and Docia Stricklin Sanders.
She moved to Greene Co., Arkansas by 1900 with her mother and siblings after her father died.
In 1900 her mother remarried and they moved to Craighead Co., Arkansas.

Sallie Bell (Sanders) and Rev. Andrew "Andy" Jackson Wise/Wyse, son of Jonathan "John" Wise and Elizabeth "Betsy" (Jones) Wise, married on 12 Jul 1913.
They lived in Poinsett Co., Arkansas.
They had the following children together:
Doshey Annie Pocahontas Wyse,
Grace Geneva Wyse
and
Wilma Lee Wyse.

When her husband, Andrew died Sallie began staying with different relatives. She lived part of the time in Harrisburg, Poinsett Co., Arkansas; Travis Co., Texas; and Craighead Co., Arkansas.

She died on 13 Feb 1973 in Jonesboro, Craighead, Arkansas.
She was preceeded in death by her parents and husband, Andrew Wise/Wyse; one daughter, Wilma Lee Wyse; all of her siblings; brothers, John "Jack" Robert Hamilton Sanders, Sr., James Thomas Monroe Sanders, Elijah Benjamin Sanders, Louis S. Sanders, Levi "Lee" C. Sanders; and a sister Mary Frances (Sanders) Bandy; a granddaughter, Ruth Docia Brown and a grandson, Ernest Andrew Henry.
Survivors include her daughter Doshey Annie Pocahontas (Wyse) Henry and her husband Vader Henry of Travis Co., Texas and her daughter Grace Geneva (Wyse) Brown and her husband Reuel Brown of Valley View, Craighead, Arkansas.
Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Note*** Older living family members state that Sallie had other siblings born, one was a sister, Clementine, but the other sibling names are not known.
