Norma Marie Fischer, 95, passed away January 29, 2023, at Perry County Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 16, 1927, in Williamsburg, IA, the daughter of the late Edward and Verona (Schell) Lehn.

She was a 1946 graduate of Parnell High School. Norma was united in marriage to Randall Fischer on May 28, 1958, who precedes her in death.

Prior to being a devoted mother and housewife Norma was a Sales Associate for Russell Stover Candy in Kansas City MO. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church. She was a charter member of Tri Kappa since 1961. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and tending to the flowers in her yard. Norma loved the river, riverboats, being involved in Tri-Kappa and going to the Casino. She also enjoyed spending winters in Biloxi Mississippi and Florida.

Surviving are her sons, Bob, Randy (Mickey), Steve and David Fischer; daughter Angela (James) Webb; siblings, Alice Trittle and Dorothy Reader; 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband; her children, Patricia Griest and Mark Fischer; and her siblings, Helen Petree, Marietta Dermody, Viola Werner, and Harold Lehn.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00pm on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at St. Paul Catholic Church with Fr. Kolbe Wolniakowski officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00am until Mass on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at St. Paul Catholic Church.
