Thora was the 5th of 7 children of Luther Norland Bagwell and Mary Catherine Brothers.
She married 1st on April 24, 1940, to Vernon Sellers. They divorced.
She married 2nd on May 26, 1951, to Emil Goimarac, son of Nicolaus George Goimarac and Sofia Poverzenich, both born in Zagreb, Croatia, and died in Monessen, Pennsylvania.
