Pearl Acton, age 86, of Oxford, formerly of Troy, died March 23, 1986. She was the mother of Mrs. Vivian Franz, Mrs. Eugene (Gail) Slough, Mrs. Corinne Acton, William L. Acton, Robert L. Acton, and Edward L. Acton; sister of Mrs. Nanny Long, John Osborne, Sandy Osborne, and William Osborne; 23 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Price Funeral Home, Troy. Interment at White Chapel Memorial Cemetery, Troy. The family suggests memorials to the Michigan Cancer Foundation. Visitation Tuesday from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
