Mrs. Lewis was a native of Hancock County, she had made her home in Baldwin County for most of her life, She was the daughter of the late Homer Johnson. She was retired from the Youth Development Center and attended the Abundant Life Church.
Survivors include a daughter Tonya Robinson of Milledgeville, Son- Jim Brookins of Milledgeville, Step-daughters- Leslie Brookins of Milledgeville, Jamie Lewis of White Plains, Step-sons- Matthew Lewis and Timothy Lewis,Jr. of White Plains, Mother- Emmie Lee Reed of Milledgeville, Brothers- Sanford Reed, Gordon Reed, Jimmy Johnson and John Johnson all of Milledgeville, half sister Myra Kitchens, 9 Grandchildren- Samantha Jones, Landers Robinson III, Mandi Sherrer, Miranda Sherrer, Tracie Walker, Nicholas L. Brookins, Mark Elderidge, Ashlee Elderidge, Emilee Dunn, Tristan Elderidge, Jordyn Jones, Gabriel, Macy, and Taylor Elderidge. A number of nieces and nephews.
The family will be at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m.
