Daughter of Martin and Kathleen Kerwin Harrigan, she married Gus Kirchner, was widowed, a housewife, lived 108 Grant St, Oil City, died there of a cerebral hemorrhage due to hypertension, per death certificate 9307, whose informant was Mary E. French of the same address. Buried Jan 27 1959.

Oil City -- Mrs. Mary K. Kirchner, 73, died at home, 108 Grant Street, at 4:05 am today after a week's illness. She was born Jan. 8, 1886, in Bridgeport, CT, daughter of Martin and Kathleen Harrigan.

She came to Oil City 50 years ago, and was a member of St. Stephen's Church, the Rosary Society, St. Stephen's Women's Club. and the Ladies Auxiliary of the B. P. O. Elks.

She married Bus Kirchner, who died Jan. 31, 1932.

Surviving are two daughter, Mrs. Ernest (Mary) French, Oil City, and Mrs. Robert (Peggy) Eagan, Seaford, Long Island, NY; 4 grandchildren; and three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Hitchcock of Canaan, DT, Mrs. Elizabeth Goldeman and Mrs. Eleanor Ries of Bridgeport, CT; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 9 am Tuesday at St. Stephen's Church. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
