1938 - 2023
Catherine Harper passed away surrounded by her loving family at Kingston General Hospital in her 85th year after a hard-fought battle on Wednesday January 18th, 2023.
She was married young to the love of her life and then went on to raise their family of seven children.
There was never a dull moment when she was in your presence. She loved to cook, garden, and entertain. Her family was her pride and joy and moments spent with her will be cherished. She left an everlasting legacy of love, joy and gin and tonic!
Catherine was predeceased by her husband of 63 years David Harper, her parents Charlie and Kay Beaubiah (O'Hearn), her daughter Daphne and her son Andrew.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church on Monday January 23rd at 11 a.m. followed by inurnment at St. John's Cemetery Georgiana Street, Gananoque.
Services will be officiated by Fr. Dale Wright.
Donations in Catherine's name may be made to St. John's Catholic Church in Gananoque.
