Born in Rock Hall, he was the son of the late George and Eliza Banks. He attended school at Rock Hall.
Mr. Banks is survived by a daughter, Doris E. Hynson of Chestertown; a grandson and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Saturday, Oct. 27, at Aaron Chapel United Methodist Church, Rock Hall. The Rev. Kofi Bart-Martin officiated. Burial was at Aaron Chapel Cemetery, Rock Hall. Arrangements were by the Kenneth Walley Funeral Home, Chestertown.
