Mr. Talbert Leonard "Tab" Addington, 78, of Clinton was born on November 30, 1944 to the late Ishamel and Pearl (Van Atter) Addington in Newport, Arkansas and went to be with his Lord on January 09, 2023 at his home. He was a devout Christian gentleman and founding member of the First General Baptist Church in Clinton, Arkansas.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 55 years: Ella Addington; three children: Patricia Dane (Michael), Wanda Knight (Doug), Frankie Addington (Kim); four grandchildren: Tabitha Brock, Joshua Knight, Sherry Hughes, Jonathan Tyson; seven great grandchildren; three sisters: Connie Addington, Arthoula Dunn, Verneil Crawford; and a host of other relatives and many dear friends.
Funeral Services was held at 1:00 pm on Friday, January 13, 2023, at the First General Baptist Church in Clinton. He was laid to rest at Weaver Cemetery in Shirley.
