He was born Dec. 26, 1947, in Lufkin to the late Calvin and Imogene Goff. He served in the Navy and Navy Reserves during the Vietnam War. He was an engineer supervisor for Cripple Creek Casino and a Colorado Mounted Ranger. He was preceded in death by brother, Wayne Goff.
Survivors include his wife, Pam Goff, Florissant, Colo.; sons, Patrick Palmer, Atlanta, Ga., and Kevin Goff, Florissant, Colo.; daughter, Kimberly Mardon, Newport News, Va.; brothers, Tony Goff and Timmy Goff, both of Galveston; sister, Teresa White, Richmond; two grandchildren; 13 nieces and nephews; and other relatives.
