Obituary for Kenneth A Jaggers
Ken went home to be with the Lord on December 20, 2022, following a brief battle with cancer. Ken was born in Coffeyville, KS on October 23, 1931, to Harold and Bessie Jaggers. He was one of 4 brothers and 3 sisters, Dutch Jaggers, Harold Jaggers, Kurt Jaggers, Norma Jaggers Ernie, Nita Jaggers Kauffman, and Mildred Jaggers Piper. He graduated from Field Kindley High School in Coffeyville, KS.

Ken married Leota Hanna of Coffeyville on Nov. 24,1950. He served in the Army during the Korean conflict from 1952 until his honorable discharge from the Army in 1960.

Ken worked as an advertising salesman for newspapers in Coffeyville, KS, and Ft. Scott, KS before moving to Bartlesville in 1959 where he worked for the Examiner Enterprise until 1984. He then worked as a Sales Rep for Moulder Janitorial Supplies in Tulsa. He also later enjoyed delivering vehicles for car dealerships in Bartlesville. Ken was a long-time member of the Bartlesville Masonic Lodge, Shriners, as well as serving for the Selective System as Draft Board Member for many years. Ken is a member of Bartlesville Southern Baptist Church and former member of Bartlesville Trinity and Highland Park Baptist Churches.

Ken is preceded in death by his wife Leota, both parents, 3 brothers, and 2 sisters. He is survived by one sister, Mildred Piper of South Dakota.

He is also survived by three sons - Michael Jaggers & wife Katherine of Oklahoma City, OK, Tracy Jaggers & wife Lorna of Edwardsville, IL, Matthew Jaggers & wife Deanie of Thompsons Station, TN. 11 Grandchildren - Steve & wife Shellye Jaggers, Tim Jaggers, Brian & wife Alecia Jaggers, Angela & husband Byron Simpson, Kent & wife Kayla Jaggers, Michelle & husband Steve Loucks, Jared & wife Hannah Jaggers, Daniel & wife Shelby Jaggers, Chrissy Jaggers, Rachel & husband Landon Douglas, and Lindsay & husband Garrett Doty. He also leaves 11 precious Great Grandchildren.
