Linda Joyce Geist, 77, of Salina, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, January 4th.
Linda was born in Siloam Springs, Arkansas on March 8, 1940, a daughter of the late Melvin and Bessie (McClellan) Hall.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Geist; and the uncle and aunt who raised her (Albert and Vera Bramlet.) Also preceding her in death were three brothers, Bill, Howard, and Drexel Hall.
Survivors include a son, David (Terri) Geist, and grandson Thomas Geist, all of Fort Worth Texas; brother, Bernard Bramlet (Patsy); two sisters-in-law, Toni Hall of Wichita, Kansas; and Barbara Hall of Gentry, Arkansas. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be at Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home on Sunday, January 7th from 1:00 to 5:00 PM, with the family present from 3:00 to 4:00 PM. The casket will remain closed.
Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Monday, January 8th, at First Baptist Church, Salina, Kansas, with Pastor Kevin Hazelton officiating. Private family burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Hutchinson, Kansas.

The family requests memorials to the First Baptist Church or Hospice of Salina, sent in care of Carlson-Geisendorf Funeral Home, 500 S. Ohio St. Salina, Kansas 67401.
