Sarah Myers Watson was the wife of Abraham Kendrick Watson and daughter of John and Orphan Gregg Myers.

Sarah Myers' dates and places of birth and death came from a transcription of the Garards Fort Cemetery, in Greene Township, Greene County PA. [See notes below.]

Garards Fort Cemetery (or Goshen Cemetery), Greene Township, Greene County PA:
Sarah Watson, wife of Abraham K. Watson and daughter of John & Orpha Myers, died on 25 DEC 1851, at age 37 years and 18 days. (Beside this marker was a broken one. This marker may have been for daughter Rebecca Watson born about 1848.)

Sarah Watson's date of death is also affirmed by her father John Myers' Will, dated 23 FEB 1853. She was also alive on 10 DEC 1850, when her son John was born, and on 15 FEB 1851, when she and Abraham sold land to John Rogers. Sarah was the daughter of John (b: 28 FEB 1789; d: 16 JAN 1865) and Orpha Gregg Myers.

Sarah Myers, daughter of John and Orpha Gregg Myers, married Abraham Watson.

"157. Sarah Myers, born in Greene County, December 7, 1817, died in Greene County, December 25, 1851, age 34 years, 18 days. She was married in Greene County, September 26, 1844, to Abraham Kendrick Watson, born [in] Blacksville, VA (now WV); died Benton County IA."

Abraham Kendrick Watson and his wife Sarah Myers children included:
1. Orpha Watson (b: 13 DEC 1845; d: 26 MAR 1920) who married William Thomas Ruse. (See FAG Memorial #119880924.)
2. Rebecca Watson (b: about 1848) who died before 1860.
3. John R. Watson (b: 10 DEC 1850; d: 26 JUN 1907) who married Sarah Catherine Swisher.
