ZENOBIA EDITH CROUSE, age 79, of Columbus, formerly of Preble County, OH., passed away Wednesday, December 31, 1997 in Columbus. Mrs. Crouse was born August 24, 1918 in Dayton, OH. she was a daughter of the late Irvin Edgar & Pearl Alice (Petry) Wehrly. Preceded in death by her husband Carl F. Crouse on November 20, 1991; son Carl F. Crouse, Jr. in 1940; brothers Paul and Byron Wehrly, and; sister Opal Baltes.

Survived by son Douglas Crouse & wife Wilma of Gratis, OH; daughters Joan Nice of Columbus, OH. and Carolyn Zimmerman of Trotwood, OH.; 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren: brother Russell Wehrly of Dayton, OH.; sisters Doris King of Miamisburg, Garnet Jakab of Dayton.

A Memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Saturday, January 3, 1998 at the Rosehill Rd. Church of God, 1001Rosehill Rd., Reynoldsburg, OH. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service.

Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 5, at Barnes Funeral Home-Preble Memory Gardens Chapel, West Alexandria, with Pastor Lowell Lay officiating. Burial was in Sugar Grove Cemetery near West Alexandria. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Columbus.
