Former FB President Dies at 76
Paris,Ky. - Hiram Roseberry, 76, of 137 Duncan Avenue. Farmer and former State farm Bureau official, died at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Bourbon County Hospital. A native of Bourbon County, he was a former chief deputy ito the Bourbon County tax commissioner. Was first Vice President of the Kentucky Farm Bureau Federation from 1947 to 1952, and was President of the Bourbon County Farm Bureau from 1936 to 1938.He was a veteran of World war I and was a member of St. Peter Episcopal Church. Survivors are his former wife the mother of his two children Mrs. Elizabeth Lindsay Roseberry Blanton ,and Sidney Clay Roseberry Sr .His daughter with Kathryn Marsh , Jane Carolyn Roseberry Ewald. Preceded in death by his wife Kathryn Marsh Roseberry.

Roseberry, Hirman M.,76 136 duncan Avenue , died 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Bourbon County Hospital. He is a native of Bourbon County, son of John Hugh and Elizabeth wilson Rosberry. He was a member of St. Peters Episcopal Church and a veteran of WWI. He was former Chief Deputy of the Bourbon County Tax Commissioner for thirteen years. He was first vice-president of the Bourbon County Farm Bureau 1936-1938. He survived by: two daughters, Mrs. Betty Lindsay Blanton and Mrs. John A Ewald, Jr; one son, Sidney Clay Roseberry: sister, Mrs. James G. Metcalfe; six grandchildren. Services will be conducted 2 p.n. Today at the Davis funeral Chapel, Paris, the Rev. John S. Akers, with burial in Paris Cemetery.
