Ruby Jean Flatt, age 79, lost her battle with cancer on Friday, May 31st, 2019. Born February 18th, 1941, in Quinn South Dakota to Olaf and Katherine Tennyson. She was the youngest of nine children; four brothers and four sisters. On June 15 1957 the Flatt family was founded as she married Marvin Flatt Jr in Quinn South Dakota.

They moved around from National Park to National Park as Marv worked for Federal Highway Administration. They bought their first home in Denver Colorado and resided there for many years. Ruby was a devoted housewife and mother of four sons. Her and Marv loved to go dancing and spending time with family and friends. They relocated to Arizona in the mid 1980's where Ruby worked as a successful Realtor with Century 21 for many years.

In her spare time Ruby enjoyed crafts such as sewing, laying tile, renovating, decorating, and loved to read and watch T.V., including the Denver Broncos and Arizona Cardinals. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and friend.

She was proceeded in death by her parents; husband Marv; son Jamie Sr. Ruby is survived by three sons, Ronnie (Leslie) Flatt of Los Angeles CA; Bradley (Cindy) Flatt, Gilbert AZ, Robert Flatt, Mesa AZ; five grandchildren; several siblings, nieces, nephews and many friends.

At Ruby's request, there will be no service. We ask that you celebrate her life with your families and those who knew and loved her.
