Linda L. Ratliff Taylor, age 76, of Alma passed away December 27, 2022 at Coffee Regional Medical Center after an extended illness. She was born May 13, 1946 in Ware County but lived most of her life in Bacon County. She was a member of Elizabeth Chapel Baptist Church.

Mr. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Gladys Sweat Ratliff; her husband, George Franklin "Frank" Taylor and two granddaughters, Julia Lynch and Rachel Waters. Survivors include three children, Charlie Taylor (Teresa), Delama Pearson Thomas (Richard) both of Alma and Amanda Taylor (Roger) of Douglas; three brothers, Joe Ratliff of Brunswick, T. J. Ratliff (Linda Faye) and Denver Ratliff (Diane) both of Waycross; three sisters, Ruby White of Hoboken, Kaye Johnson (Jimmie) of Waycross and Jack Carver of Blackshear; 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Crosby Funeral Home with Rev. Ronnie Howell officiating. Interment will follow in Elizabeth Chapel Church Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until funeral time.

Active pallbearers will be: Jessie Pearson, Bubba Davis, Greg Taylor, Jr., Gene Thomas, Tyler Ratliff, Duncan Ratliff and David Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be: The Bacon County Senior Center and all nieces and nephews.

Crosby Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
