Joyce Ray Huff went home to be with the Lord on Dec 17, 2022. He finished the cancer battle well with faith in God's plan for him. He is seeing the face of Jesus and reunited with the love of his life, Jean.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Jean; his parents, Curby Lee and Gaynell Huff; and his siblings, Paul Huff and Shirley Sutphin.
He is survived by his children, Vicki Long (Dale), Julie Long (Daniel), and Daniel Huff (Crystal). He was blessed with five grandchildren who were the apple of his eye, Thomas (Jessica), Matthew, Sarah, Lindsey, and Dylon. He is survived by six brothers and sisters, Jordan Huff (Bea), Janie Stevers, Caroline Rue (Bob), Ann Choudhury (Sal), James Huff (Pat), and Silas Huff (Diane). He had so many cousins, nieces and nephews that he enjoyed and loved.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Calvary Baptist Church with Rev. Dan Agee and Rev. Graham Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Captain George Quesenberry Cemetery.
