Charles "Glen" Perry, passed from this world into the loving arms of his Savior on December 26, 2022, at the age of 80.
Glen was born on January 7, 1942 to the late James "Buster" David and Juda (Kerr) Stansell in Nocona, Texas. Glen met Katherine Sanders and in July of this year, Katherine and Glen celebrated their 60 th wedding anniversary.
Glen was a retired general contractor, an avid classic car collector and a member of the "Collector Car Club "of Wichita Falls. He was always tinkering and was quick to help a friend. Glen never met a stranger and was an accomplished storyteller. Glen was proud of his family and seldom missed an opportunity to brag about them. He was a member of Texoma Cowboy Church in Wichita Falls.
Glen is survived by his wife, Katherine Sanders Perry; brother, Judson Perry and wife, Bobbie of Gainesville, Texas; sister, Gayle Dunn and husband, Deward of Wichita Falls; sister-in-law, Dorothy Hix and husband Richard of Wichita Falls; three daughters, Judy Seay and husband, David of Celina, Texas, Laura Coleman and husband, Todd of Liberty Hills, Texas and Dottie Berend and husband, Doug of Wichita Falls; six grandchildren: Andrew Seay, Jessica Seay Goode, Kennedy Coleman, Mackenzie Coleman, Hattie Berend and Grayson Berend; a great-grandson, Brady Goode and a plethora of nieces, nephews and friends.
Charles Glen Perry will be in state to be viewed between 8 and 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 and Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Owens and Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Glen Perry will be held Friday, December 30th at 10:00 am at the Texoma Cowboy Church.
