Alice U. Franks Ellyson, 83, formerly of 543 Miami A v., passed away Aug. 14. A life resident of Barberton, she was a member of the Barberton First Church of Christ. She retired from the Diamond Match Co. in 1959 after 30 years of service. Mrs. Ellyson is survived by daughter, Dorothy Tomor of Barberton, son, Paul R. Franks of Barberton; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services Saturday, 10 a.m., at the Campfield-Hickman Funeral Home, Rev. Rick Walston officiating. Burial Greenlawn Cemetery.
