Claude M. Thompson went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, August 5, 2005 at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Helen Juanita Gibson Thompson; daughter, Betty Sharon Thompson; son, John Timothy Thompson and wife, Kiki Rainer Thompson; grandchildren, Catherine Helen Thompson and John Timothy Thompson; brothers, Alfred Thompson and Harold Thompson; sister, Wilma Hart. Claude along with his family enjoyed being missionaries for 15 years in Japan and Hong Kong. He will be dearly missed by all. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 11th from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with a Service beginning at 7:00 P.M. at Destiny Church, 8635 Callaghan. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, August 12th at 10:00 A.M. at Sunset Memorial Park, 1701 Austin Hwy. with military honors. The Rev. David Bell officiating.
