Mary fell asleep in Death Dec. 19, 2022. She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Hutchason Puckett and Aretta Madison Gregory, husband Clifford Tygart, daughters; Kathalene Marie and Glenna Dee, Brothers; Garland and Kenneth Puckett along with two great great granddaughters; Izabella & Marlei Lara.

Mary is survived by her daughter Debby and husband Don ("Mac") McManus of Corpus Christi, TX., her son David and wife Debbie Johnson of Atascocita, TX., brother Robert and wife Diane Puckett of Lake Elsinore, CA. sister-in-law Georgann Puckett of Page, AZ. son-in-laws; Jay Asquith of Bryant, AR and Pat Richardson of Cut-n-Shoot, TX., along with 12 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren and 16 Great Great Grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Mary, by trade, was a Seamstress, although she worked many different jobs to provide for her family, like making tools while working at Jo-Line Tools and sometimes two jobs at a time working evenings and weekends for her brother as a Darkroom Technician developing film. But the one she truly loved was working at the Daycare of the church she attended for many years "Channelview Christian Center" where she enjoyed watching the "Littles" grow. Mary had a passion for Arts and Crafts and traveling in her spare time. She'd make a triangle across the States from Texas to California then off to Minnesota and back to Texas again. Many trips from Texas to Arkansas and back to see her daughter Dee and "SIL" Jay and grandkids. Mostly she loved to cook and bake. She loved it so much Clifford and herself purchased a small Café in Bagley, MN "The Viking House". They ran the Café together until Clifford took ill and passed. Mary finally sold it a few years later to move to Texas to be closer to her children. She was one who loved her family, and enjoyed time with them every chance she got. She loved playing dice games such as "BUNCO" and "FARKLE" with family and friends. She was dearly loved by family and friends and will be missed until we meet again.
