Obit: "Mr. W. W. Callaway, age 75, died at his home at Tunnel Hill Wednesday afternoon at 2:25. He was one of Whitfield County's most prominent citizens, being a pioneer of this county. Since 1900 he has owned and operated Dunns Mill. Surviving are his wife, Alice Dunn Callaway; two daughters, Mrs. H. J. Stephens of Rome, Miss Gussie Callaway of Tunnel Hill; four sons, W. W., Jr. of Tunnel Hill, H. D., W. R., and J. B. of Ringgold, and seven grandsons and three granddaughters; two sisters, Mrs. W. H. Crawford of Atlanta, Mrs. E. B. White of Dalton, and two brothers, W. K. Callaway of Duncan, Okla., and Wayland Callaway of Rocky Face. Funeral services will be held from Dogwood Church Thursday afternoon at 2:30. Kenemer Bros. in charge."
