Mr. Fred "Al" Albert Drattlo, age 65, of Madison, Indiana, entered this life on May 27, 1957 in Marion County, Indiana. He was the loving son of the late Albert and Cora Ellen Halligan Drattlo. Al was raised in Bloomington and went to high school there. He served in the United States Navy. Al had owned and operated his own computer service repair company for several years. He then became an over the road truck driver for Knight Trucking Company for 10 years. As a truck driver he saw most of the country and lived in various places. Al settled in Madison in 2015. Al enjoyed watching tv and trivia. He was full of knowledge on everything. He also had a great sense of humor, loved to joke, and never knew a stranger. Al loved his chosen family and he will be greatly missed. Al died on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 12:52 p.m. at the River Terrace Health Campus in Madison, Indiana.
HIS CHOSEN FAMILY
Al will be missed by his chosen family, Angela Vest and her husband Rocky, their grandchildren and their children; Kayla Curtis, Heather Vest, and Phylicia Devlin, and Larry and Debbie Sherbahn of Madison, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Drattlo, died May 17, 2003, and his mother, Cora Ellen Halligan Drattlo, died September 1, 2001.
