Anna M "Annie" (Eoff) Enloe was the daughter of James Alexander Eoff, a native of Arkansas, and Martha Belle Vaughn, a native of Illinois. Anna had five brothers, Albert S Eoff, Linzy T Eoff, Elmer Marshall Eoff, Edward Wilford Eoff and James Roy Eoff. She was born and raised in Crawford County, Missouri.

Anna married Walter Boo Enloe January 24, 1898 in Franklin County, Missouri. They were the parents of Blanche, Walter M, and Bessie Enloe. Anna and Walter raised their family in St Louis where Walter was employed as a bridge carpenter by the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
