A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 12, 1995, in the West Union Baptist Church in Hillsboro.
Mrs. Jacobson-Carpenter died Sept. 4 in Seaside at age 69.
She was born April 28, 1926, in Hillsboro and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1943. She attended Oregon State University.
In 1948 she married Kenneth L. Carpenter. They moved from Seaside to Indiana in 1962 and returned to Seaside in 1991.
Surviving are her husband; son, Kenneth of Indianapolis, Ind.; daughter, Kimberly Ozaki of Mount Vernon, Wash.; sister, Marion Ensley of Beaverton; brother, James Jacobson of King City; and two grandchildren.
Interment in American Baptist Cemetery in Hillsboro.
