Amanda Fowler was born near Springdale Arkansas, the daughter of Joseph and Nadine (Jones) Fowler. She married Benjamin Franklin Easley April 15, 1883 in Benton county, Arkansas. They lived in Erath county, Texas and Pittsburg county, Oklahoma. After Amanda died in 1936 Benjamin Easley went to California to live with his son, Jess, near Salinas. He died there on June 2, 1941 and is buried at Garden of Memories at Salinas.
