He had previously been married to Susie Fox, but they later divorced. He had children Anna May, Dorothy Susan, and John Duty, all born in West Virginia, from that marriage.∼Otis A. Duty, 59, of 818 Utica St., died yesterday in Maumee Valley Hospital after a long illness.
Mr. Duty was a lifelong Toledo area resident. He was a guard at the Lynch Corp. and retired 10 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Evelyn; son, John, Backus, W. Va.; stepsons, Stanley, Vern and Scott Miller, Toledo, and Jack Miller, Nashville, Tenn.; brother, Emery, Sugar Ridge, O.; sister, Hazel, Toledo, and nine grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Clegg Mortuary, with burial in Dowling Cemetery.
