Clarence B. Early, 83, a former Columbus resident, died at 3 o'clock Monday at his home near Martinsville following a heart attack.
Mr. Early was a charter member of the Pocahontas lodge here and had belonged to the local Red Men's lodge since 1901. He resided on a farm near Martinsville during the summer months and in the winter lived at a home he owned in Indianapolis. He moved from Columbus 1911.
His wife survives.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock, CDT, Wednesday: morning at Heitz and Sons funeral home in Martinsville.
