Born in Cleveland, WI to Wm and Gertrude Thomas Haessly. She was the oldest of 11 children. her 7 brothers and 3 sisters preceded her in death. Lillian retired in 1965 after 35 years of service with the former Durant Mfg. Co. She lived independently until September 2003 when she moved to Meadowmere Assisted Living Facility and resided there until December of 2005. She then required care at the Village at Manor Park until the time of her death. Lillian was a beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews and their families.
