Barbara Kay Walters, 71, of Wapakoneta, passed away on December 7, 2022 at 10:09 am at Lima Memorial Hospital. She was born on September 11, 1951, the daughter of Rondell and Dorothy (Fitzgerald) Hefner. Both parents have preceded her in death.

Barb was a Department Manager at Walmart for 25 years, she was a hard worker, and was well liked by her co-workers and friends. She worked very hard to give her children a good life. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and traveling. She also was a Cincinnati Bengals Fan, and truly lived for her family. She thoroughly enjoyed her time with them.

Barb is survived by her son: Jason Walters, of Wapakoneta; and her daughter Jodi (Chris Whitaker) Walters of Lima; her sister; Deborah Henderson of Wapakoneta, and her niece Cari Henderson, and nephews; Rob McGue and Al Flores.

Friends may call on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at HANNEMAN-SIFERD FUNERAL HOME, 506 N. Cable Rd. Lima Ohio 45805, from 11am-1pm to celebrate Barb's life with her family. At 1pm she will be taken to Greenlawn Cemetery in Wapakoneta for interment.
