M. Fern Lint, Age 81 of Dalton, died Monday morning at Doctor's Hospital. Her death followed a brief illness. She was born on December 18, 1919 in Indianapolis, IN and was the daughter of the late Jerome & Glyda (McKinley) Easterly, Sr. She was an area resident for most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church in Massillon. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jerome S. "Red" Easterly. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Calvin M. Lint of the home; her daughter, Mrs. Terry (Linda L.) Hostetler of Dalton; three sons, Ronald C. (Cheryl) Lint of Massillon, Richard A. Lint and Denis J. Lint both of Dalton; 17 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Eunella Pannell of Alva, WY, Ida Jane Walker of Denver, CO and her brother, Leroy Easterly of Massillon. Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, May 24th, at 11:00 a.m. in the Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Mullett of New Life Chapel in Dalton officiating. Interment was in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
