Little Alice Kennedy, the five-months old daughter of Mrs. Ida Kennedy, died late Tuesday afternoon from tuberculosis at the home of her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Smith, in Hueytown. The child's mother, Mrs. Ida Kennedy, is now on Red mountain at the tuberculosis camp, where she is receiving treatment. Funeral services will take place at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Smith, the Rev. A. C. Swindall, pastor of the Hueytown Baptist church, officiating. Interment will follow in the Hueytown cemetery.
