Sunny was born on July 18, 2003 in Nashville, Tennessee to Shannon and Natalie Gant.
Sunny's favorite color was blue, and he loved playing basketball and football. His second family was with the Riverdale Football Team, where he played for four years. Sunny was a proud 2021 graduate of Riverdale High School. A talented musician who was just beginning to come into his own through writing lyrics and performing, Sunny was loved beyond words. He never knew a bad day and wouldn't allow anyone in his presence to ever feel sad. Always the prankster, Sunny was known for pouring water on his little sister while she slept and agitating Coach K. for no other reason than simply to make his teammates laugh.
Sunny's nickname originated from his Uncle Sonny, but his mom changed the spelling to "Sunny" because he lit up everyone's life. During Sunny's short time here, he lived life to the fullest and was always ready for the next adventure.
