Aaron Justice, age 78 of Betsy Layne, Kentucky, passed away, Sunday, December 7, 2008 at the St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.

He was a heavy equipment operator and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Pikeville Freewill Baptist Church since 2001.

He was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on January 20, 1930 the son of the late John A. and Myrtle Adkins Justice.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Patty Ann Collins Justice and one son, Barry Justice and his wife, Debbie of Pikeville and four daughters, Judith Ann Boyd and her husband, Gary of Richmond, Virginia, Charlotte Lynn Gray and her husband, Paul of Vinegrove, Ky., Belinda Joyce Ruark and her husband Don of Ewing, Ky. and Susan Jean Holliday and her husband, Shawn of Winchester, Ky.

One brother, Charles Justice of Lexington, Ky. and three sisters, Ruth Hall, Madeline Keathley and Johnie June Branham all of Pikeville.

He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Nephews will serve as Pallbearers.

Visitation:
Visitation will be in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel after 6p.m., Monday, with evening services each evening at 7p.m.

Funeral:
Funeral services will be 11:00a.m., Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with Freewill Baptist Ministers officiating.

Interment:
Burial will follow in the Campbell Cemetery on Upper Chloe Road in Pikeville, Ky., Military rites will be given at the gravesite by Betsy Layne Chapter 169 of the D.A.V.
