Billy grew up in the Meeker and White Rock area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and fighting cocks. He loved his family and always wanted them near him. Over the past few years, he has grown fond of taking selfies with anyone who would pose with him.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents, Alva and Irene Hull; sister, Virginia Hughes,
wife, Ella Jean (Cox) Hull; and his son, Allen Ray Hull.
Survivors include his children, Janice High and husband Rick, Janette Earp and husband Tom, Richard Hull and wife Hazel, Billy G. Hull and wife Cynthia, Jeanene Hull and husband Kirk, Tommy Hull and wife Leann; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, siblings, Lavonne Fithen and husband Les, Alva Hull and wife Deborah, along with other family and friends.
A graveside funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 5, 2022 at the Rossville Cemetery south of Wellston. Arrangements are under the direction of Lehman Funeral Home of Wellston.
