"KEENE -- Hazel G. Geiser, 81, of Keene, NY, formerly of Troy, died January 15, 2002 at Adirondack Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late William and Estelle Hamilton and the wife of the late Ralph D. Geiser. She was employed by W. and L.E. Gurley Company for 30 years. She was a member of the ADK Hurricane Chapter as well as the Mineral Club and the Keene Garden Club. Survivors include her children, Grace Holland and her husband, John of Troy and Allen MacRoberts and his wife, Judy of Troy; her stepchildren, Jean Pizzuto of Pittsfield, James MacRoberts of Troy and John MacRoberts of Stephentown; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be on Friday at 10 a.m. at the Daniel D. Purcell Funeral Home, 510 Pawling Ave., Troy, (corner of Parkview Court) where the Rev. John Kelly, Rector of St. John Episcopal Church will officiate. Interment will be in Memory's Garden in Colonie. "EAST SIDE The marriage of Miss Hazel Amadon, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William A. Hamilton of Walker Avenue, and Elliott MacRoberts, son of Elliott MacRoberts of Victoria Avenue, was performed Saturday at noon in the chapel of Pawling Avenue Methodist Church. The officiating clergyman was Rev. Arthur H. Landmesser, pastor of the church. Attendants were Miss Norma L. Durocher and Kenneth H. Wilson."
