Delores Marie (Edwards) Jackman went to be with our Lord on November 27, 2022, at the age of 89. She was born October 18, 1933 in Salina, Kansas to Mary and William (Bill) Edwards. She graduated from Salina High School in 1951. She married Frank Bumsted in 1953, and was blessed with three children, Terri, David and Douglas. She married Rev. Philip Lee Jackman on October 16, 1982, and with marriage she was blessed with her son Paul. Delores and Philip were active members of the Order of Eastern Star and the Black Oak Baptist Church in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
She worked her entire life in the banking industry and retired from Emprise Bank in Wichita, Kansas in 2001.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mary and William Edwards, her husband Rev. Philip Lee Jackman, her daughter Terri (Gary) TenEyck, and her lifelong friend Patricia Streveler.
Funeral services will be held at Tyler Road Baptist Church, on Wednesday December 7, 2022 at 10:00 am. Visitation with family will be from 9:00-10:00 am. Interment will be at Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln, Kansas at 2:30 pm.
